We try to get orders out as soon as possible but please keep in mind that all products are handmade and made to order so your patience is definitely appreciated.
You will NOT recieve an email updated until we create your shipping label meaning when your order is ready to be shipped out!

Shipping time and cost will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placking your order! In the case that it is not, please email calliesboulevard@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can change it in the system before shipping out your package.
In the case that your package was sent back to me due to having an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any shipping charges to have it sent out again!
Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliever your package within the given time frame. Be aware delays may happen due to weather or other circumstances so place keep that mind when placing an order!
Please note that Callie's Boulevard is NOT responsibe for lost or stolen packages and they CANNOT be replaced!
