How do I know what size to choose?

 Please refer to our "Size Guide" page in our header. We go into detail on how to pick the right size and how to care for your bandanas.

 

I put the wrong shipping address.. what do I do?

Please always double check that you have entered the correct shipping address. If a unit or apartment is needed, remember to include it!

If your package is "Returned to Sender" (us) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.

If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your package has not shipped, we can fix it. If your package has been shipped, we will have to wait for the package to be "Returned to Sender" and then we can reship it. As stated above, the customer will need to pay for the new shipping label as the old one is considered "used."

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks for bandana orders and about 2-3 weeks to create your custom orders of treat jars, mugs, and other custom items. After it has been made, it will get shipped and delivered via the delivery option that you choose.

   

Where's my order? I never received any email updates.

When you place your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. After that, you will not get an email update UNTIL your order is ready to ship. Again, our processing time is 1 to 3 weeks depending on what you order so please understand and we appreciate your patience!

 

Can I use more than one discount code?

Sadly none of our codes are stackable so you will have to choose only one.

 

I purchased the wrong size, how can I return my order?

Because of our product's handmade nature we do not accept returns. If you do have any concerns, feel free to reach out!

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We finally offer international shipping! It will cost approximately $16-30 depending on the items you purchase!

Disclaimer:

Because all of our products are handmade, they may vary slightly.

Our products are not animal proof. They can be torn and chewed. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

Do not leave your pet unattended while wearing our products. Make sure to monitor your fur babies while they are wearing any of our bandanas and accessories! The snaps and logo tag on bandanas can become a choke hazard! Take off the product if they seem uncomfortable or irritated.  Callie's Boulevard is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.

 

Processing Time:

Our current processing time for bandanas is 1-2 weeks (from date of order to ship date)! Any custom orders of treat jars, mugs, and other items might take up to 2-3 weeks! We try to get orders out as soon as possible but please keep in mind that ALL of our items are handmade and made to order by one person! 

Once you place your order, we will work on it as soon as we can. You will not get an email update until we create your shipping label (it is ready to be mailed out).

 

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns due to the fact that our items are handmade and made to order for you! We provide detailed sizing charts and information under our "Size Guide" tab in the header. Please make sure you choose the right size for bandanas and the correct spelling for all custom/ personalized items!

 

Exchange Policy:

At this current time we do not accept exchanges since everything is made to order for you BUT we may exchange your items if you receive damaged products. Please email us at calliesboulevard@gmail.com with photos and a detailed explanation. If we accept the exchange, you are responsible for the postage costs for sending back your item. Once we receive the item, we can process your exchange for another item and we will take care of the shipping costs of the outgoing package.

 

Shipping Policy:

Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the case that it is not, email us as soon as possible so we can change it on our end before mailing it out.

Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver your package within the time frame. Delays may happen due to weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.

If there are any questions or concerns, please email us calliesboulevard@gmail.com. But please note, Callie's Boulevard is not responsible for lost or stolen package and they cannot be replaced.

 

Size Guide

 

 


Always measure your fur baby’s neck to ensure that you are purchasing the correct size. Also take into consideration your pet's fluff, if they are fluffier - they may need to size up for comfort and more print visibility. (Sizing vary from shop to shop so do not base your choice on other shops)

* if your fur baby is right on the cut off number OR in between sizes, we recommend:

1. Sizing up to the next size     OR 

2. Purchase the size they are and use a bandana extender for extra length (can purchase on site!) 

Bandana Care Instructions:

To keep your bandanas looking new for as long as possible, we recommend spot cleaning or hand washing with warm soapy water and air dry flat.
Iron gently if needed, be mindful of the HTV if you have a personalized bandana!
